"Who are the Paddock Garage ?"

The driving force behind the paddock garage is Mark Rider.

Mark Rider left school in 1986 and started his career at the local Jaguar dealership in Torquay, Devon. He served a four year apprenticeship, becoming a fully qualified technician in 1990. After the closure of the dealership, he started working for several years at a Rolls Royce and Bentley dealership before joining BMW in Exeter in 1996. Mark admitted that working for BMW was totally different from anything he was used to :

"The way the Germans do things are totally different from the UK quality marques, so much more professional!" Said Mark.

Mark worked his way up through the BMW ranks, qualifying as a senior BMW technician in 2004. After 10 years Mark has BMW in his blood and is vastly experienced in repair and diagnostics of BMW (and mini, along with other quality marques).
